Company Overview: Svendsen’s Bay Marine & Industrial Supply is seeking temporary warehouse workers.  The company is a leading supplier of wholesale marine products to Northern California’s growing maritime repair industry.  Located on the waterfront in Alameda, California, the company is now in its 50th year of operation and known for having excellent fulfillment and strong customer service. The company is owned by and affiliated with Bay Maritime Group, which specializes in all aspects of ship and recreational boat repair in multiple Bay Area locations.

Job Summary: The Stock Clerk will receive and stock incoming shipments of inventory, as well as fill customer orders and package them for shipment.  You will also develop a strong working knowledge of our 30,000 marine products with training and mentoring from our existing staff.

The responsibilities of the Stock Clerk include the following:  
Qualifications and Skills:   Candidates not meeting all qualifications, but possessing a strong work ethic, and the desire for a career in marine industrial supply are encouraged to apply.
